Our controls
Secure authentication
Credentials are hashed and never stored in readable form. Sessions are issued as short-lived tokens and refreshed safely.
Two-factor authentication
Add a second verification step at login and for high-risk actions from your security settings.
Transaction authorisation
Transfers require an explicit review, confirmation and transaction PIN or 2FA challenge before posting.
Role-based access
Customer and administrator permissions are stored separately and enforced at the database level.
Audit logging
Administrative actions and money movements are written to an immutable audit trail.
Security alerts
Login attempts, device changes and card events raise notifications so you can act quickly.
How you can protect yourself
- TrustBz will never ask for your password, transaction PIN, card CVV or one-time codes.
- Enable two-factor authentication and keep login alerts switched on.
- Review your active sessions regularly and end any you do not recognise.
- Freeze your card immediately if you suspect it has been compromised.
- Verify recipient account details before confirming a transfer — transfers may be irreversible.
- Use a unique password and keep your contact details current so alerts reach you.
